Principal Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales targets to accelerate company growth
• Create, plan and execute key account management plans
• Interact with a range of health and social care customers such as CCGs, NHS Trusts, Local Authorities and 3rd sector.
• Contribute to product development representing the voice of the clients and customers
• Undertake customer segment analysis developing impactful business case proposals and tender responses to win business

Required skills/experience

• 5-7 years sales experience in NHS with specific experience of clinical software sales
• Deep understanding of health, social, integrated care funding models and budget cycles
• An understanding of integrated care models and structures (STP, ICS, ACS)
• An entrepreneurial approach / sales focussed
• Strong account and relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Desirable skills

• Experience of SAAS sales
• Experience of Public Health/Prevention

Kinesis are an export-oriented medical device company, developing solutions for intelligent healthcare diagnostics. Our products are used by healthcare professionals to obtain greater clinical insight in assessing movement using wearable sensor-based technologies; products are applicable in a broad range of patient cohorts across geriatrics, neurology and orthopaedics. This role will be office based (80%) with a requirement for some international travel to conferences, trade events and customer meetings (20%).

Principal Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and deliver key commercial and marketing strategies to accelerate growth

• Assist with the planning and organisation of company appearances at events and trade shows including the development and execution of campaigns

Principal Duties and responsibilities

• Join the Kinesis engineering team to develop intelligent health diagnostic systems.
• Contribute to the creation relevant design, specification and support documentation for all projects.
• Develop all solutions within a medical device quality management and regulatory framework.
• Learn and master skills in backend web development (Grails/Gradle/Java based web applications) and build or implement using tools and frameworks.
• Backend data management and API development.
• Other relevant duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Required skills/experience

• BSc in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent from third-level or higher education institution.
• 1-3 years' experience working in software development.
• Experience of relational databases (data modelling/SQL), web backend (design and development), and application architecture.
• A working understanding of scripting language (e.g. Java, PHP, Python, Perl).
• Experience with Java or Android development.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (e.g. HTTP/S, JSON, XML, SFTP, SSH, SOAP and REST).
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, to prioritise and work accurately under pressure, to meet exacting deadlines in a demanding environment.
